Bongo's Bingo searches for new host on £50,000 salary

The roaring success of a novel bingo company has created a once-in-a-lifetime job opportunity.

Bongo’s Bingo can be found at Albert Hall every Tuesday, with hundreds of excited people expectantly wait for the calls of Jonny Bongo and the team.

The job advert for the £50,000 position starts of warning potential applicants that “this is no ordinary job”.

"You will be required to host pulsating shows with dynamic style, interacting with wild crowds whilst using your encyclopaedic knowledge of music to keep everyone dancing (on the tables), as well as the most important job of all – no, not calling out the numbers or giving out the iconic pink unicorns - but deciding who wins the dance offs."

The ideal candidate is described as having 'solid entertainment experience' and 'the brass balls to take each audience from the hands in the air start to the all-out rave at the end'.

Founded in Liverpool, Bongo's Bingo now runs nights all across the North.

The closing date for applications is Friday 29 September 2017.
