Portrait exhibition explores the isolation of homelessness

A special exhibition of portraits and biographies is on show this summer at Manchester Central Library. Entitled ME, the exhibition is an opportunity for its artists to share their perspectives of the invisibility and isolation felt whilst experiencing homelessness.

Organisers The Booth Centre exist to support the lives of people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, and help them plan for and realise a better future.

hey do this by providing advice to find accommodation, education, training and help to secure employment, free healthy meals, support to tackle issues with health and addiction, and offering creative activities to aid self-expression and confidence.
