The Walk for Change brings together hundreds of young people every year, marching together, demanding a greater voice in society.
The event aims to inspire young people across Greater Manchester to recognise their own power as social change leaders and the power they have when they come together.
Participation is free and everybody is invited to take part. There will be speeches, music and plenty of opportunities for young people to join Team Future.
The walk will kick off in Piccadilly Gardens at 4.30pm, pass down Market Street and turn right through Corn Exchange Square to congregate at the National Football Museum.
RECLAIM is a youth leadership and social change organisation, supporting and amplifying the voices of working class young people.
RECLAIM was set up in Moss Side in 2007, to identify and support young leaders from an intensely pressurised community. Their work aims to end the leadership inequality that prevents working class young people with talent, imagination, ambition and drive, from fulfilling their leadership potential.
