UK’s first life-size Foosball tournament announced

National Football Museum
27 September-8 October

The National Football Museum are teaming up with I Love MCR to bring the first ever purpose built Human Foosball pitch to Manchester.

Kicking off on Wednesday 27 September 2017 and running until Sunday 8 October, this supersized version of the popular pub game is much more than an alcohol-fueled game of football, it’s a game of agility, teamwork, concentration and coordination. Teams of five people are being invited to take part and help raise money for charity in the process.

Just like the table-based version of the game, players’ hands will be attached to sliding bars and they must move and work in unison to score against the opposing team, but remember, if you move so does your partner so communication is key.  With a referee thrown in for good measure to dish out any well-deserved red cards this really will be a hilarious team building activity that guarantees to have all in stitches.

£1 from every ticket will be donated to the National Football Museum charity, so you're doing your bit to keep Manchester’s football heritage alive for future generations.
