Have your say on the proposed St Michael’s plans

The new plans for the St Michael’s development on Jackson’s Row are viewable online ahead of a public consultation later this month.

Initial resistance on the previous iteration of the scheme focused on its design impact on Manchester’s skyline and the proposed demolition of historic buildings in the area, primarily the Synagogue and Bootle Street Police Station. The updated proposals include the restoration and refurbishment of the Police Station frontage and Sir Ralph Abercromby pub, along with the creation of a new public space.

The plans can be viewed in-person on Wednesday 23rd August (11am to 7pm) at the Royal Exchange Theatre.
